I think it's just like These measures don't concern local Vos as Dakar or NDVO. Because despite all those announcements made to ease things, local Vos are still not in the same diapason of reactivity one another

Who told you that files got transferred? I said it because every stats I saw here there was only Sydney vo inside Very rare or quasi no-one was from Ottawa

Since then I am always seeing people with FEB 2021 AORs having Sydney as VO. Isn't there people AOR Feb 2021 with Ottawa as VO?

No needs to inform them Everything has been locked on AOR day. It will be meaningless on your experience years. Except if you changed your living location or country, yeah in that case you could inform them. But things like new degrees, new jobs... etc not relevant to do so Hope it will help
