Going by potential Covid roadmaps of other countries, I highly doubt there will be any movement until the vaccination programme moves forward (when vulnerables and over 50s are vaccinated) so we hopefully will have movement by the summer - some confirmation from IRCC would be nice.... Confusing why they would consider this too - this plan failed in Australia, costly compared to having a rapid test on arrival that Germany and Italy have or making travellers have a test 72 hours before travel... At this point all I want is an update so we can plan our lives !!!!

Thought the exact same - it’s good students are being let in to commence the term and will also show that introduction of immigrants can be managed and hopefully pave the way for the gradual introduction of PRs once the students have been taken care of. That’s my wishful thinking lol

Lol I’m literally on all the high tech devices, my supplies are very expensive. Do some research and you’ll see that provinces have programmes in place to cover their costs (in Ontario you pay 20% of the cost of supplies). Didn’t say that all type 1s will be approved but was responding to the...

Sure, no problem happy to help as I was quite stressed at the time! Hba1c was 7.4 and I was 27. Really isn’t an issue so don’t worry!
