I have received email for PR Card renewal but it is not visible on ECAS. My Citizenship application AOR is visible on ECAS. My question is does PR Card Renewal AOR is visible on the same page where my Citizenship application AOR is shown ?

They will not return the file to mail box if it's incomplete so it's better to give your friend's address.

Hi, I think that if copy of pr card was necessary than they would have mentioned it in the "document checklist form" Maybe it was required in the past that's why it is mentioned in the guide but not in updated forms.
