My friend got SP for a PG certificate after a PhD, I think no prob when u want a second master.

Yeah. dont want international students to travel to, but want us to give them our money. With that amount of money I can get an online master degree from any elite universities in US instead of a PG from such colleges.

Applied online on 13 May, non-SDS. Biometrics and medical passed - 20 June Eligibility & background checking started - (20 June or earlier). Nothing else. waiting is so stressful.
