There's no red flags. Everything is actually good and we have prepared the proof. It's just that the MP told us that TRV holders have unstable status that is why it isn't recommended. Because before, we were planning for inland but he recommended the outland.

I've been monitoring it. My medical for my previous application last January that was approved until March was just updated last June. I reapplied my extension this February because it ended March. My next application supposedly will be this August. Should I reapply again before 6months ends?

I'm confused. I'm inside canada and they said I can apply outland via family class. They use that option when you have trv. That is why I am extending.

Wouldn't they require document in the spousal sponsorship about the visitor extension like the approval? And also, wouldn't the spousal application overlaps the visitor extension application?

We're scared on the cons of inland. That we couldn't appeal right away.
