It takes me a month to dispatch my PR card. I send out in late July and just received today (card dispatched like 4 business days ago). PR application office is in Hamilton, but the card is somehow sent by the Sydney office.

Read and follow the instruction. If you are saying the digital photo you placed in the PR application, that's not working. They have specific requirement on photo size, including the stamped from the photo taker and something else. Read the instruction though, it cannot be more clear.

I assume you do not need to, but you may wanna confirm with any mortgage expert in the bank or broker.

You are right, I booked the bio collection while I was outside of Canada, or in China. From my experience, CIC counts it and will process your profile once you did your bio collection.

Nope. I did it in1st June, outside of Canada. And checked my account the next day, it was already updated to my application.

Mine was updated the next day.

You don't get IME 1017E if you don't submit the application. IRCC knows what's going on, they are the ones who ceased the upfront medical exams.
