I called IRCC on 3rd Feb and they said Eligibility & Security not started

I haven't called them again to check the eligibility & security status (the new IRCC tracker still shows they have not started) but got an approval email on 10th Feb. Both must have completed before the approval.

Mine is same, Sep 30 AOR, CPC Edmonton VO.

No, no recent update on my file. And Eligibility/Security not started as well.

Mine is September 30th AOR as well, let's see. Looks people with September 28th got emails today.

I called +1 888 242 2100 and followed the instructions, it doesn't always connects to an agent so have to keep trying.

No, nothing after medical. I called IRCC twice and no change since October. In fact, no one has touched my file since October. Btw my file is in Edmonton and I heard Edmonton VO takes close 8-9 months sadly.

It took around 2 weeks to get report from CBSA.

Mine is at CPC Edmonton and Eligibility and Security have not started yet, have you ordered GCMS notes?

I called IRCC yesterday, there is no change since October in my application. No one even touched my application after medical it seems. (The last update was in October 2022). And also, Eligibility and security haven't started yet. My application is at CPC Edmonton, 2174 NOC.

I called at around 09:30 AM EST. And luckily when I pressed to speak to the agent it connected. The wait was more than 40 mins and they called me back after 40 mins.

I called IRCC today to check the latest update, there has been no change since October (medical pass) and no one touched the file since then it seems. Eligibility and Security hasn't started yet, I got the same update last time when I called (November 03, 2022)
