I'm curious about the same thing. The thing about applying by mail is that, they ask for original documents, which I think it's a bit dangerous.. it can take weeks to process the application, living without a passport AND the CoPR doesn't sound very secure, not to mention the risk of losing them...

I agree. We are only a doorstep away from being a permanent resident, and it's not like this visa is gonna last forever, many people have their visas expiring in late March / early April, and have their life around Canada already... From Twitter I see IRCC is not responding any questions...

I'm not so concerned about re-checking application files, but I do see some people are told that their photo needs to be retaken, and since the photo has to be stamped by the studio, it would be difficult to explain why it is not taken in Canada.
