I have called them lot of times Same reply covid. I have send them Atleast 6 webforms till now same reply covid. It seems to me like a automatic reply from their system they are not even seeing my messages.

Hi can anybody tell me Is the Ircc Start processing the application for Permanent resident or not..? My file is in Calgary office and it’s been 24 months no response yet I don’t know how long have to wait for it.
