Finally received eCOPR today

Submitted UCI, email etc. on May 15th. Just got portal credentials about an hour ago. Even though I have received these PR portal email, My CIC profile still says in progress. Is this normal ? Also, what is the difference between COPR and eCOPR ?

I have given BI for my WP. They haven't asked for RCMP yet. They haven't updated biometrics date on status message. However now it does show biometrics info on top of the file with date of 2019 (WP). Do they ask for RCMP further down the road ?
