The profile won't show approved until you submitted the passport, and received an actual COPR. But the medical usually show a new date once extended. Have you tried to ask them for PPR since your medical has already been extended? In fact, they replied to me earlier to confirm if I can land...

Did you get the re-medical request from SGVO or Ottawa? Based on your post elsewhere your primary office is Ottawa which I believe should also be handling your PPR.

Hey gang! Any update regarding medical extension/re-medical request from SGVO? LVO/NDVO has already started extending medial, followed by PPR. But SGVO keeps sending the generic response and ask to wait until restrictions are lifted. Anyone had better luck with SGVO?

Yes. It might help, as they are currently discouraging soft landing. And once they lift the restrictions, they might be hesitant to issue COPR without a guarantee that the applicant wants to settle permanently, rather than soft landing or no travel at all during these times.

Have you tried contacting SGVO for PPR with an intent to travel and settle permanently in Canada, knowing that the local VAC is already operational and accepting passport upon the request letter?

Loads of applicants from Singapore VO have already received an approved status, upon inquiring via a web form.

Gottcha!! My application was processed outside (SingaporeVO). And upon approval, it moved to the country of residence. Hence, I already have an outgoing correspondence of application transfer earlier.

I guess, it transferred to local VO to facilitate the issuance of passport request letter, as one has to submit the passport within their country of residence. I only have outgoing correspondence to the secondary office - with document: application transferred. And I believe it happened after...
