I received my certificate on June 16, 2023. My oath was on May 15 (SK MB Office)- per envelope, it was mailed out on June 12. Updated my signature for my timeline. Best luck to everyone!

For my scenario , oath done with SK on May 15, case closed on May 18. I called IRCC three times, first time told me it was mailed on May 20. Then the next couple times (yesterday and today) telling me it is not mailed because office is busy.

Me neither, same day and location for Oath. I called IRCC yesterday they said the Winnipeg office is busy and not yet process and mail out the certificate.
