Hey guys , I have a question regarding the OINP NOI. After I receive the NOI, when I apply for the OINP do I have to provide the reference letters and proof of funds or I have to provide them after I receive the ITA

Has anybody been able to create an application on iqas recently? Whenever I try to do it, it says that the daily limit has been reached and to try again at 8:15 am Alberta time. When I try it everyday at 8:15 am Alberta time, the website is very slow and does not load at all
