    I've got exactly same timeline and info. CEC applicant, same AOR. Back in February my case was at Edmonton. Late in April they sent a ADR (military records) and 2 weeks ago replied my webform with exact same information as yours. I think it is all cleared and just waiting for final approval...

    I actually applied 1 week before my PGWP expires lol So yes, it was within 4 months.

    BOWP applied on December 10th. Got the letters (for wife and myself) delivered to my mailbox on Feb. 15th. It's odd because my online account still showing application in progress for our BOWPs, it never got updated.. I just received the letters.
