When you apply online there is a field for invitation letter where uploading your Job letter is fine. If you want to upload multiple documents in same field you can merge them as one PDF.

Yes i will be applying for the Employer specific Work permit after PGWP. I have applied for permanent residence in August 2019 and haven't received any response yet for AOR from IRCC. I guess we can attach P.R payment receipt as a proof. In your case you did employer compliance?
