Hey guys, I finally received my eCOPR 65 days later I submitted all details on portal. In the meantime, I sent 1 webform, 1 email to portal registration address, and another email to Etobicoke office. I also called the customer service 1 time all they said was to wait it can take up to 3 months...

ordered GCMS notes. tried to call IRCC couldn't connect to an agent. I will try this option if I won't receive until end of this month

I did and got back auto-response like email which was telling priorities, etc. but it doesn't mean we don't process your application... will try to call but I am sure they will say the same thing there

Similar situation. 13 day later I could reply the first email and got the credentials right after I send the info. Submitted everything September 27th, it has been 45 days still no eCOPR. I raised webform this week got back an answer like their priority is now other issues but it doesn't mean...

I've gotten my biometrics email yesterday as well. Did you get your documents, and how long was it?

Hey guys! It is the same for me. I've applied SP extension November 6, 2019, and I am still waiting for it. Is anyone in the same situation? The processing time is not updated since 2 weeks. The last update was February 16, and they were working on October 28. I cannot understand the process...
