Most probably your eligibility and security were marked passed tht day. There was a ghost update on my application too that day. Called the call centre and the agent confirmed that the update was because eligibility and security were passed that day.

hi @jes_ON, ihave read quite a few of your posts related to this topic, where you have advised people that if they have met the MEC but have not completed full 2yrs or 3 yrs, they are ok to submit the application after actually having completed the full 2 yrs or 3 yrs or whatever may be the case...

from what i have been reading so far, while receiving the ITA, if the criteria was not met in the 1st yr then there are high chances of rejection as the MEC is not met. But for 2yrs wrk experience the MEC is being met. So not sure what should be done.
