Hi from Hong Kong. Got my AOR, MR, Biometrics, police clearance requests in one go. Now need to arrange for these to be done. Just a quick question. When I eventually get the COPR, how much time I will have to go to Canada? With the current situation (covid-19) etc, I want to plan ahead.

Yes indeed. The "border" was closed when the pandemic first hit. Yet, they have already open up a few months ago already for non-canadians travelling with family member who is a citizen or PR. They consider this essential travel so no problem at all.

I used the help desk number 888-242-2100, which I got with google. I think it really does not matter. Just make sure the address is correct. I would think the courier people deliver lots of packages to CPC sydney, and they know where these packages should go if your got your address right.
