Thank you all for responses. My webforms are more about informing country of residence change and trying to correct a wrong additional document request rather than a status update. Does anyone have a situation where the responses are delayed more than a month for those kind of webforms? Many thanks.

I don’t think so. My immitracker make your statistics only for active users for those who haven’t received their ppr. After a long while of inactivity it removes your case from the statistics and informs you. If you claimthat your case is still active, then it activates your case. So probably...

Medicals are valid for 1 year normally. 1 year starts from the day you get your medical exam.
