Help! When i use CRS calculator, there should be 13 points "Canadian work experience and education" in the section of Skill Transferability Factors. However it is not showing on my application. Anyone please help me with that.

My work time changed a while ago(still more than 30 hr/week), which means my salary is also different. Could someone please tell me in this case, how could I ask my HR to write the job letter. Do i need to state the hourly pay? Thank you.
