Signed COPR letter is also VERY important when you want to apply for citizenship. That's the required docs (At least before covid it was). That's why I'm concerned about the copr letter.

I'm an inland applicant and I was asked to send my COPR letter back to Ottawa with my photos. Today I received my PR card, but no COPR letter (landing paper). So confused... Anyone in the same situation?

I already received my CoPR and passport. Some people (including me) in this thread received a letter from IRCC office stating that we've completed our PR process without landing or interview. Please refer to our previous conversations.
