Honestly it's a best guess. I can't think of another way to do it. I didn't have that problem

I would write it on a seperate page and write "see attached" on the last box. Just continue in the same order and format on the seperate page. I'm sure they've seen it before

My question would be why would you deny them this information?

It's the same form. There's a guardian signature box

Sent my application to renew Feb 24th. Will update. Quick question. I lost my expired PR card so filled in that section on the application form. Will this cause any hold up? I also have a trip booked mid May. Is it likely I will receive my card by then? Thanks!:)
