Can you share the email address? My minor son’s application has been “Pending” for over 3 weeks by BLS Surrey. I’m hoping someone higher up can look into it.

Unfortunately I don't have proof. I will submit a complaint to their Grievance team right away. I hope BLS gets replaced by a better service provider.

Can someone confirm if any original document (passport/birth certificate) should be included in postal applications? Checklist indicates copies only but BLS/CGI website says original docs will be returned. Ugh so frustrating.

It should be fine. Long term employment refers to being at a job for a minimum of 5-6 years (as per my understanding).

Update from my end: I reapplied for my sister but it got denied for the 2nd time (very frustrating). So, I emailed CIC to appeal against the verdict. Most of you would not believe this.. but on the 2nd day after sending the email, the application status changed from Refused to Submitted and I...
