Really sorry about the application. Re apply and use the application guide on ircc website. It tells you what to do on each forms Were you notified before it got returned or you just found it on your mailbox?

If I ask my MP to request for the progress of my spouse's application on my behalf, do i need to fill a use of representatives form for the MP to have access to the file? Or they automatically have access to the file once I ask them to make inquiry for my behalf??

Almost everyone on the October spreadsheet have AOR. This is getting me more worried. I just don't know what to do. I feel hopeless

are you sure you checked your email and there was no prior AOR sent?? You shoukd call IRCC again to inquire about your application if you're told the same then let them know u haven't received AOR.
