Hi i have received a message of 'Application Received' on ecas. However, my medical was passed at Sydney office only. I have seen few timelines that in most of of the cases file move to LVO before medical passed. Is it a positive or a negative sign that file is transferred at this stage?

Hi!! i am in a very strange situation as i got no response from IRCC for atleast 5 months after they received my application. Few days back i got biometric request followed by Medical request. However i did not get any SA letter. Is it ok?
