My ECAS never got 2nd line added "We started processing ...." until now and I already got PPR... Every single applicant I have come across had 2nd line in ECAS except me. So ECAS can miss few updates.. that's what I have experienced

Check spam folders of both emails provided in the application. PPR email can be send to sponsor or applicant and found in spam folder in most cases.
