did you received an email that your application was move to beijing? because its impossible that its in beijing while your partner is in the philippines unless your partner was leaving in beijing when your application submitted. call the manila immigration or email them.

got update from ircc decision made last dec 3. already send my passport.

Just an update, just received an email for passport request. Thank God. But my ecas is not yet change to DM. I think they did not yet update my ecas. It means just don't rely on ecas make sure regularly check email.

Base on ircc website, if you already submit an application, don't submit again in paper or online bacause it may have some confusion and there's no guaranteed that the second application will process faster. And also i read that update on Fb account of IRCC.

My friend who's also here in philippines (principal applicant) received passport request already. Hoping we're next. Cross finger.

No, this 10years thing is for temporary resident visa only, but if your applying for spousal application you need to do biometrics again. This was also in ircc official website.

You will not receive a biometrics request if you are refused for trv. So how come that your wife has biometrics december 2019????

HOw come that she has already a biometrics . She was refused right?? trv and spousal application are different... because when i got refuse for trv last 2018 i received a letter. If i was approved, next step is biometrics.. but yours was biometric first, before the rejection????
