Hi Guys, I have a question please.. my passport was seized when i applied for refugee, my refugee claim was denied and the judicial review was last sept 2020. I dont have a deportation order yet before my H&C was approved. Im just wondering where to get my passports. any idea please?

Hi Guys, After submitting the required documents ( updated form, medical, police certificate etc) Will i receive any message from IRCC or just wait for CoPr?

Yes i ordered one when i submitted my application, it took 10 days but i later realized IRCC doesn't need one, i think they do that on their end.

Mine took 10 days and i got it in the mail.

Hi Guys, I received medical instruction and also to provide some documents today. I was asked to submit a police check for all country i have lived in for over 6 months, my question is do i have to do police check from my home country as well? Thank you.

A friend case was similar to yours, his decision on H&C was very fast and negative but when he went in for the PRAA decision he was Approved for PRAA. I think when they approve PRAA they close the H&C case. I would advise you just wait for you decision. Unfortunately they only give PRAA decision...
