    Check if there was another email ,if you are from Toronto the email need to have Toronto on it as well

    For me I took the picture of myself with the photo I’d on my hand,with same dress and sent it via email .My result was approved.

    Because Edmonton is where my file was sent for final processing.As soon as Sydney was done ,all files was sent to where I reside ,so I believe yours will be Ontario

    So I took a picture of myself holding my ID then I emailed it to the test email address and also the office processing my file.And everything went well from there on.
