I immediately replied back to the email when I noticed that there's no attached PDF. In addition, I called the following day, July 9th to IRCC and told the agent that there's no file. She just confirmed that I can reply to the same email, which is IRCC.ClientPortal-PortailClient.IRCC@cic.gc.ca...
