Hi if you have someone inside canada then u can ask them to apply on your behalf, otherwise you can apply through www.getgcms.com you have to print a consent form and sign, scan and send it to apply for gcms notes. if anyone applies from within canada then it's 5 cad payment.. getgcms charges...
