Well I got my PPR within 24 hours of second GU. CPC Ottawa. Typically, I have observed that PPR comes in soon after the second GU.

Nope. I received my PR mail in 4 months and I sent the mail at the end of 3 months. Got a similar reply as yours.

That's a generic reply that they send. I assume you sent an email to your CPC for checking your status. I got the same reply but received my PPR within 20 days of the mail. Don't worry about it.
