"Biometrics passed" doesn't mean much if you ask me. It's not something you can fail. You complete biometrics in order to pass criminality.

A bit less than 3 weeks. Took them 33 days from submission to nomination in my case. most of it was spent in DIP. But I applied for the HCP stream.

This is unlikely as far as I know. I did not get any additional requests myself.

I didn't get an email even when they approved the application! Only got an email from the IRCC saying that Ontario wants to nominate me.
