wsongco, where did u get that post? would u know how many caregivers are applying for pr as of dec 2011? are there more than 9000? we still cant rejoice after all? if there are more than 9000 pr applicants as of 2010, then 2011 applicants will no longer be granted pr? so the new pilot project...

hi mrs just tiis. really odd. i dont get it. just submitted my app oct 29, 2011.

my current work permit will expire sept 2012. when i called cic hotline agent told me my owp has been issued and will expire aug 2012. does this make sense?

yes we are free but cic might be pushing their aim to cut off the admissions of PR. that leaves us devastated. yes. we'll still be able to work here but bringing our family here is near impossible with what the cic is doing to the lcp program.

i think this new pilot project is sort of a bargain.some sort of a consolation coz cic is cutting the number of PR to be approved.
