    I'm sorry to hear that they take a long time processing it. My Aor was April 24, 2020. I'm inland with Alberta nomination. I got my Copr on Sep 24, 2020 and get my PR card around November last year :-(

    Somehow my CoPr doesn't have City/town of birth. And I'm inland applicant, so does that mean my "Date you became a permanent resident" is the day I receive my Copr?

    Hi everyone, My husband and I are Inland applicant. We received our CoPr on September 24. We submitted the picture to the Calgary Office on the same day and haven't heard back. Do we need to create an PR card application on CIC or something? I'm not sure what to do after submitting the pictures...

    I'm not 100% sure but from the letter, you just have to send the photo and the copr letter to the visa office ( mine is in Calgary) to get the permanent residence card. There was no info on PPR though.

    I'm sure they will call you soon. My BIL is june 11 if that helps. they told me they just started this yesterday. I'm sure within this week, they should be able to get to everyone. Each appointment is only 10 minutes.

    I'm not too sure about your case. If you are still in school, I would think it would be best to have your husband as the primary applicant as he has valid job offer. But that's only my opinion. Sorry :-(
