I tried calling them today twice at 7:45 AM and then again at 11:15 AM and after going through the "press this, enter that" rabbit hole I finally reached the option of press 0 to talk to the agent, and then I got the automated message stating that they can't answer my call please try again later.

Jaggi__, We applied for our son's study permit extension back in April, and it's still "in progress". His current one was restricted to attend High School and since he graduated this summer and attending the University here, we had to apply for the extension. Are you in the same boat?

My job title is Director of Analytics and my responsibilities includes majority of the job description mentioned in NOC 0013. Does that mean I qualify to file under NOC0013 or there are other conditions as well? Can someone please help?
