I contacted them and they told me they meant 21 working days. 21 working days elapses today so I guess I have to wait patiently for 28 working days. I just hope it's all worth it in the end.

I also wrote my IELTS on 14th December 2019 and my score is LRWS 8/8.5/7.5/6.5 EOR request on speaking: 5th January 2020 Acknowledgement of receipt of EOR: 11th January 2020 I haven't gotten any response from BC till now. I'm getting worried.
