Haven't received mine either, also mailed out on 2nd December. Hoping to see it in mail today. Mailed application to Calgary office.

I also used a representative for PR application, after getting COPR I created my gckey and linked my PR card application.

On your cic account, there's an add application feature. It will ask for personal details and UCI.

Which number did you call? I've been trying to link my application too, and I haven't had any success yet.

Where did you send photos?

For those with COPR, are we allowed leave Canada? Letter only says if don't have PR card, you have to secure a PRTD to enter Canada.

I did express post, it was delivered after 4 days. It doesn't matter which one you use to send it.

Name and UCI. And the photo already has the stamp of where it was taken and they just wrote the date.

No need to submit passport. If your address has changed send updated address too.

That's what I've sent. 1 photo and copy of COPR. Sent it on the address stated on COPR.

Got mine thru email October 16.
