That means they are trying to allocate you to Nov 15th but it's not confirmed yet. You should receive it when it's closer to the ceremony date (e.g.: 1 week away), but if you get to that point and still haven't received it you can contact IRCC and let them know, what's probably going to happen...

Lol this worked like a charm, gave them a call earlier today to confirm if they received it and a couple of minutes later my e-certificate was available for download. Could be just a very well timed coincidence though.

Question for folks who already got their e-certificate, how long did it take for you to be able to download it after the oath ceremony? Had mine on Oct 24, but nothing yet. Will wait until 5 business days have passed before sending a webform.

Should be your name in the zoom call, you can edit it and set it to the seat numbers

You should all join in the same device and include all seat numbers in your display name, e.g.: if your seat numbers are 41, 42, 43 and 44 the display name should be "41/42/43/44".

Received the ceremony invitation today for Oct 24, tracker is still showing the wrong date.

Didn't get the email, called them yesterday and looks like the ceremony was rescheduled for Oct 24, hence why I didn't receive the invitation yet. My tracker is still showing as the ceremony being scheduled for today tho
