Driving License Extract - Problems with Indian RTO
Hi, I have a chip dl based in new delhi. My issue is i have arrived in canada without an extract. Is it possible that my i apply extract online by following all the requiredsteps and my friend can go and just collect the extract on my behalf?- Prabhatgandhi20
