Good news!!! It arrived!!! I am now officially a Canadian citizen!

Yeah, I went on the tracker online and they said it had been mailed about four weeks previous. Since the post office didn't yet have my forwarding address, it had certainly been returned to sender already.

It's an apartment complex. I called them yesterday. They don't have it. So it probably went back to the post office, and because they didn't have my forwarding address until this week, they likely already returned it to sender.

I'm not applying for a passport. I'm applying for a certificate of citizenship.

I don't need to pay someone else to do it -- I don't want to spend money on it when I have the equipment and software to do it myself. I need to know what to write on the back if I take it myself.
