I just received a request letter on gckey, im assuming its the passport request letter, but when I try to select it or download it, I get redirected to an error page and unable to see the letter. Anyone know who I should call to make CIC aware of this issue?

Mine also went on PA side from in process to application received a month ago. I'm Paris VO. Jan 31 AOR1. There's no way to tell what's next. Some people get AOR2 after that and it changes again from application reçeived to in process. Others go directly to DM. It depends on your VO and Case...

Yeah we got medical done in March when the application was still in Sydney, NS.

File was sent to Paris VO on Sep 16 and today Ecas just changed on PA side from in process to application received. I guess that's AOR2?
