    I figured it’s for expired criminality. Although not everyone’s BG changes to not applicable when criminality expires. That’s where the concern is. Why would some peoples expired criminality change BG to not applicable while some don’t

    AR sept 5 AOR 29 oct PAL 30 Jan. What does this mean. The new trend is PAL before MR. Seen it alot. PAL used to be an indicated of approval. What can one deduce since it came before MR and MP. Pls help
