Exactly 2 weeks for processing. Thats a good timelime. Mine went into processing on the 14th, hope I'll see an update by Tuesday/Wednesday considering there was a holiday last week.

Not long. Probably a week. I think the processing was underway even before I uploaded the webform.

Quick query: If the primary applicant/dependents are not home during the passport delivery, can we authorize a relative/neighbour to collect the passports on our behalf?

It most likely means they do not want anything further for him. We also got the re-medical request just for us, nothing for my daughter. I think (and am hopeful) that once you complete the re-medicals, you'll get the much awaited email a week or two after that.

Thanks a bunch for your clarification. That really helps. Just one other query. In the supplementary identification form where we mention the height and eye colour, there is a "Date of Permanent Residence" field. Do you know which exact date is that?
