feb 13th, and yes, no AoR at all. They confirmed they received it feb 13th and even that they opened it on feb 17th, but nothing since.

Sorry to hear you're in the same boat, though it does make me feel a little better knowing I'm not the only one. I'm from the US so also visa exempt, I hadn't considered that that could be a factor. I'm actually applying outland from within Canada so that may have something to do with it, too...

Correct, there is a box to tick if you process your application outland even from an inland address. We did that so I wouldn't have to worry about being refused crossing the border, if that were to happen at least my application would still be valid if I had to move outside of Canada. However...
