I had tried but couldn't do it. If you have an application submitted for PR card separately not on new PR PORTAL only then it could be linked. I had submitted Mailing Address & Photo on PR PORTAL.

Same thing happened with me. I filled my friends application in the Huge Feb draw. The AOR was 23 April after getting all the required documents and on 5th July 2021, CONFIRMATION OF PR PDF was available. and here I'm still waiting.
