Bro, NOI is different. It is not based on score. It is based on express entry profile itself. Having express entry profile is enough to get NOI EOI is something based on score.

@Wai Obeni, There is a little clarity we needed about this statement- "You can only register one expression of interest per OINP stream at any given time"

I did both while being outside of Canada. You can do until dec 21. But I am not sure of points. Note that, the company should not be based in Canada.
