I called the IRCC call centre then they transferred my call to the local office to set up an appointment(I was waiting over the phone for almost an hour).Try explaining them that you need the Certificate on urgent basis and that you are okay to pick it up in person.Thanks.

We were able to get an appointment on this Monday at 12 o clock.Because they won't let anyone inside without an appointment.

I would suggest you to go there in person before 2 pm.Just wait till Friday before going there in person.Did you try calling them?

No they do not respond when you send the signed oath form.In my case I never got any acknowledgment from them after sending the oath form.I hope that you receive yours soon too.Thanks.

what is your office? I took my oath on Feb 12th still didn't get my certificate whereas other people from the forum mentioned who had oath on that same day they got their certificate last week Friday.And here I am still waiting..I need it so badly as I want to apply for the passport asap.

I got my status dm recently on Jan 5th.And got scheduled for late march 2022.I guess it really depends on officer to officer.
