    Hello @legalfalcon , Does employer need to submit employer declaration form to support my BCpnp even if i m already working in BC with same employer on ICT workpermit ??? I have the indeterminate job offer from them, is this document fine to be able to get my BCpnp processed?

    @legalfalcon, I am in BC- Vancouver now on work permit, I landed here in 2020 Nov 2nd week and I have a valid work permit for next 3 years, I also have an active EE profile and valid ielts, can I now apply for BCPNP?     Hello All My timeline App submitted : 30th August 2019 Biometric done: sep 2019 1st week ICT LMIA exempt category NOC: 6221 PPR received: 19th October. VO : Abu Dhabi. It was a very long wait, but this forum kept me going, good luck to every1 waiting for PPR.

    Even if lawyer has filed the application and his email is registered, can we as applicant order the GCMS ? Will it get delivrd to lawyer or to us ?
