How much time does AINP takes from acceptance of complete documents after NOI till nomination?

Checkout the Express entry profile login, if you already have details, that need to fill in online profile, with you -- you are good to go. EE or AINP will only ask for the physical papers after you get NOI draw-- by then you must arrange your spouse education papers.

If you want get points for your spouse (above mentioned) education- you need to get ECA done. Without degree certificate etc, how will you get ECA ?

There are points for spouse (or close relative) having Canadian PR or Citizenship only. You will not get any points for your spouse on study Visa. However you can apply for spouse work visa.

After 1st April 2020 - I have not heard any news of AINP draw in the group. Wasn't there any AINP draw this week ?

Congratulations If you have mentioned education details of your spouse in EE profile and gain point out of it -- then you need to provide ECA for your spouse also. Btw, Whts ur CRS & NOC ? Do you have any connection (job offer/education/close relative) in Alberta ?
